About the Jamboree ProgramDesigned for boys and girls under age 5 (U‑5).
Follows all AYSO philosophies: Balanced Teams, Everyone Plays, Positive Coaching, Open Registration, and Good Sportsmanship.
Focuses on fun, family involvement, and early skill development — not competition.
Location:
Training sessions take place at the Kaiser Permanente Sports Village, west of the AYSO concession building near fields 5 and 6.
You’ll receive updates and parent meeting details by email and on the Region 73 website.
How It Works
There are no assigned teams or weekly practices.
Each session includes three parts:
Warm‑up
Simple activities (to build motor and coordination skills)
Small games with playful themes
Sessions promote balance, coordination, and social interaction — all in a playful, supportive family environment.
Coaching and Parent Participation
A Master Coach leads the session with assistant coaches.
Parents or relatives act as the child’s helper and partner for activities and drills.
The goal is to create a comfortable, encouraging environment, where kids explore and grow at their own pace.
Parental participation is essential — you’re part of the learning experience!
What to Bring
