AMERICAN YOUTH SOCCER ORGANIZATION
In order for our program to meet its financial responsibilities, sponsorships are obtained by the teams in Region 73's soccer program. Sponsorships are typically $300 or more as it increases opportunities for players to join our developing AYSO soccer program. Include the Sponsorship Form with any donation that is deposited with AYSO Region 73. The information on the form is important.
Having obtained a donor for AYSO R73 is NOT a buy-in for any AYSO venue.
AYSO event examples are: End-Of-Year Invitational Tournament, Area 10A Invitational Playoffs, Section 10, Out of Region 73 tournaments, National Games.
AYSO events are mostly by Invitation only and require approval by the Regional Commissioner.
Each AYSO Event has specific rules and requirements for eligibility which include but are not limited to:
= having enough team volunteers,
= 75% participation in the Fall Season soccer program,
= Proper registration of volunteers and players
= All volunteers properly trained and certified
= Obtaining a donor for supporting the AYSO R73 program
= Meeting Regional Protocols and Procedures
= Demonstrating respect for Park facilities, Regional field equipment, and to all Regional Volunteers and players.
2025 FALL CORE - SPONSORSHIPS


ABOVE FORMS ARE FOR ALL DONATIONS IN THE FALL SEASON.

If you use the online e-forms then you will be asked what type of payment you will use.

CASH payments are not preferred. Deposit must be done in-person at the Referee Station or the Information Booth. Receiver can be: Treasurer, Commissioner, Ref Admin, Coach Admin, or Registrar.
Include a signed Cash-Tally-Sheet and counter signed by the AYSO receiver.

Checks should be hand-delivered by a certified team volunteer or mailed to:

Donation tiers.
T0: Up to $100 will be listed by the end of year in our sponsor list.
T1: $100-$299 may have logo shown on www.region73.org website.
T2: $300-$599 includes T1 and may order an appreciation plaque (details on the sponsor form).
T3: $600 or more includes T2 and may order a standard yard sign displayed in current membership year 2025-2026.
MULTIPLE DONORS
For donations which are multiples of $300.
For each $300 one sponsor can receive an appreciation plaque, providing a Sponsorship Form is forwarded with the sponsor details. Specify on line item 1 what is to be printed on the appreciation plaque.
SELF-SPONSORING
We discourage teams from self-sponsoring. It places an extra burden on the team parents.
The donation is a gift to AYSO Region 73. It is intended to help the AYSO soccer core program. There will be no refund.
Having a sponsorship donor is part of the AYSO Region 73 general soccer program support.
A self-sponsoring team must forward a 2025 sponsorship form with details.
Reference Line Item 1 on Sponsor Form.
The plaque main title line typically shows: "Patrons of Region 73" or the coach name but can be any description when appropriate and relevant to the team donation.
