In order for our program to meet its financial responsibilities, sponsorships are obtained by the teams in Region 73's soccer program. Sponsorship are typically $300 or more as it creates opportunities for players to join our program.
Include the Sponsorship Form with your payment. It includes contact information for the team and the sponsor.
2025 FALL CORE - SPONSORSHIPS
ABOVE FORMS ARE FOR ALL DONATIONS IN FALL SEASON.

It includes fill-in forms e-Sponsor Form (online) is different and can be used for working online.
If you use the online e-forms then you will be asked what type of payment you will use.

For CASH payments which is not the preferrred payment method it must be done in-person.
If you bring cash you must include the Cash-Tally-Sheet signed by a certified AYSO volunteer.

Donation tiers.
We need a sponsor form for each donor.
T0: Up to $100 will be listed by the end of year in our sponsor list no plaque no logo on the website.
T1: $100-$299 may have logo shown on www.region73.org website no plaque.
T2: $300-$599 includes T1 and receive a appreciation plaque.
T3: $600 or more includes T2 and may have a yard sign for current AYSO membership year Fall and Spring season.
MUTIPLE DONORS
For donations which are multiples of $300, for each $300 one sponsor can receive a plaque with individual simple statement.
SELF-SPONSORING
We discourage teams to do self-sponsoring as it places an extra burden on the team parents.
The donation is a gift to AYSO region 73 and there is no refund for such a donation meant to help the AYSO soccer program,
IF a team self-sponsors the plaque typically shows "Patrons of Region 73" with Team ID and Team Name.
