AYSO REGION 73 PICTURE DAY

Make Up Picture Day, October 10th, 2026.
The following describes how we get to picture day and the distribution of photos.
1. Register each player online with Legends Photography before picture day.
The Photographer is currently working on the number of stations required. They provide a
QR Code for registration. This QR is not yet available and will be announced before picture day.
2. A schedule (not yet available) will be announced with times for each team to take their pictures.
3. After pictures have been taken and are ready for distribution by the Photographer, Sports Legends Photography will send emails with picture proofs to the registered customers. Follow the instructions in this email to receive the pictures.
4. Everyone gets a Basic Picture Package.
Forms available from Photographer are only needed for ordering optional extra pictures.
NOTES:
= Team pictures are only taken on Picture Day. NOT on Picture Make Up Day.
= Check picture day schedule regularly up to the day before and see if there are last minute changes
= Contact your team members ahead of time to ensure they will arrive on time
= Only use the AYSO Region 73 provided uniform.
= Arrive 15-20 minutes early for picture taking. Photographer not adjust for late arrivals.
= Line up the players tallest to shortest.
= Coaches, team referees, team managers be ready to take pictures with your team
= Assemble your team in an orderly manner and do not disturb the picture taking stations
= Jerseys tucked in, socks pulled up, clean cleats (no sandals/open shoes)
= Bring team banner and at least one clean soccer ball.
= If ordering buddy / family photos, make sure that "buddies" are in line with the player.
= Check in at the Photographer coordination tent as soon as the team is ready.
= Follow directions of the Photographer staff and Region 73 staff.
