Make Up Picture Day on October 4, 2025.
A schedule for the picture stations and time-slots is available below on the bottom panel.
Up to 4 stations may be used by the photographers to take pictures.
You must register the player online with Legends Photography before picture day.
A QR Code is provided for this registration.
Sports Legends Photography will send you an email with your pics proofs when photo's are ready.
ü Every player in full AYSO uniform with jerseys tucked in, socks up and cleats properly put on.
ü Every player gets a basic picture package.
o Cleats will show in the team pictures. Bring a ball to take pictures with.
üPLEASE BE ON TIME!
o Please have your team arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled time
o Contact all persons ahead of time to assure all players arrive on time.
ü Your team picture will need to be taken at your appointed time.
ü If ordering buddy/family photos:
o please make sure "buddies" are in line with the player.
ü Do not delay. The Photographer will NOT wait for late players. The schedule is tight.
o Prepare your team so you can get your pictures done quickly.
o When you arrive, find your team and line up tallest to shortest.
o Have your team banner ready and at least one clean soccer ball for your pictures.
o Coaches, Team Parent / Manager, and Team Refs be ready to take pictures with your team.
o Once your team is ready check in at the picture tent.
ü Jamboree is not playing this year
ü Please look for the photographer tent
o Follow instructions of the Photographer and their staff. Region staff will help.
o Forms only need to be completed if ordering extra pictures.
o It is optional to order more pictures. Write clearly and legibl
