  A team can declare who their referees are using the "My Team Referees  e-Form"

It is for default point allocation. Notes on AYSO game cards (ALUC) overrides all.

ALL-STARS is an invitational tournament, post season and outside R73 region.

For this and for any other tournament,  DO NOT scout or approach players to form a select team during the Spring or Fall regular season. In the Coach Binder you will find a date when coaches may  look for All Stars Players.  DO NOT contact parents or players directly. Contact the player's coach first and/or our Regional Coach Administrator.

A coach completes an OORP application to participate in the ALL-STARS or other tournaments.

Coaches DO NOT hand out players' information to others without checking with our Regional Board. Even between coaches use utmost care with exchanging info. Ask your RCA when in doubt.
Return all player registration forms at end of the season so AYSO can dispose of them properly. 

It is a matter of good ethics and part of AYSO Safe Haven and SafeSport training programs.
Players and supporters can enjoy the season as per AYSO's Vision and  Mission and
feel that members, players and other persons have their AYSO information protected.
