CANCELLED GAMES AND RAIN OUT DAYS.

As per the City of Bakersfield rules and regulations:
The park KPSV with our soccer fields shall not be used when it rains.
The City may have some special events which require the use of the KPSV park at short notice.
Some of these events may require that we cancel games for the safety of players or for other reasons.

As weather conditions are unpredictable we cannot plan for this in our schedule.
Some City events at short notice may not allow enough time to make schedule changes.
Coaches will be advised when games and practices are cancelled.

If we have options to make up for games we will look at the circumstances and the calendar.
 We have to consider game weekends for our league season, regional invitational,
Area invitational and Section invitationals, some teams like to participate in tournaments.

When games are cancelled for above circumstances our region will not refund or
give any form of compensation. The soccer schedules are based on availability of soccer fields
for our region under the best of expected conditions and the number of volunteers helping us.
