Sponsorship Letter 2025
AYSO R73, Bakersfield, CA

For our program, now in its 48th season, to meet its financial responsibilities, we need sponsorships obtained by teams participating in the 2025 Fall season at the Bakersfield Sports Village. Sponsors support our efforts providing a high-quality soccer program in a fun, safe, family environment for our community.
Such funds are used for general operating expenses of Region 73, like: Replacing equipment, Park and Field maintenance, Coach handouts, Referee and Coach training materials, Awards, Trophies, Player Scholarships, Meals, Uniforms and Supplies. These donations are not for individual team expenses.
All necessary management and operational services for your AYSO Region 73 are provided by volunteers who donate their time (without pay) for the benefit of your players. We emphasize the critical role that sponsorships play in providing your Region 73 successful youth soccer program for the children. To keep entry costs low for our players in this program the number of sponsors play a very important role.

A team's sponsor is normally displayed prominently on the team banner (your logo), which is shown at each scheduled game. Sponsors logo may be shown on our website (www.ayso73.org). Please email logo picture and details to webmaster at [email protected] and check the box on the Sponsor form, item 9.
Sponsors of $300+ receive an appreciation plaque providing the 2025 donation is received on time.
Sponsors donating $600 or more can have their Logo displayed on a yard sign in Fall 2025 - Spring 2026.
If a team has multiple sponsors then we need a 2025 Sponsor Forms for each sponsor.

For charity donation the tax reference for AYSO - Region 73 is: FEIN#95-6205398
For payment we prefer: Zelle (661-677-9970), company check or bank check.
Cash is not preferred but if chosen, must be delivered in-person with a Cash Tally Sheet and signature.

May also be hand-delivered to ensure timely receipt of the donation. The treasurer will email the coach/team manager a receipt and in most cases an AYSO Donation and Thank You letter for tax purposes.
